§1.The Privacy Policy contained below sets out the rules for the collection, processing and use of personal data of website users obtained by

hereinafter referred to as the “Artist”.

1. The administrator of personal data that users voluntarily provide to the Artist via the contact form is Klaudia Zielińska, owner of the website: klaudiazielinska.com

2. The Artist takes care of the security of the personal data entrusted to her in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, called GDPR.

3. To contact website users, the Artist uses only data provided by them voluntarily, such as e-mail address, telephone number or postal address, and only for purposes related to her artistic work (i.e. to carry out exhibitions, contracts, orders, shipping) and with the consent of these users.

4. User’s personal data are generally treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties. The exception is to forward them to companies providing courier services or Poczta Polska in order to send the Artist’s work ordered by the user.

5. The artist and owner of the website reserves the right to use online analytical tools to keep statistics of page views.

6. Each user has the right to access their data, request their deletion or restriction of processing, or submit a complaint to the appropriate supervisory authority.

7. In special situations provided for by Polish law, personal data may be made available to state or EU institutions and bodies. Such situations include the artist pursuing claims in court.

8. The website owner uses external applications or tools that may be linked on this website and whose privacy policies she has no influence on. It is always worth reading the policy of a given website. These include MailerLite, through which the Artist runs a newsletter. However the Artist also maintains the confidentiality of the data transmitted there.

9. Users who have agreed to receive the Newsletter via the MailerLite website may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by replying to the received email in this way: “I unsubscribe from further receipt of the newsletter.”

§2 COOKIES

1. Cookies are IT data stored on the user’s computer by websites they visit, the purpose of which is to adapt these websites to the user’s needs (e.g. depending on the device he uses) or to maintain the user’s session on the website. Some of them may disappear after closing the website, while others are saved in the browser permanently to improve the use of the website in the future. Cookies do not change the configuration or settings on the user’s device. In the settings of your web browser, you can manage cookies, e.g. limit or disable them, but you must be aware that this will affect your ability to fully use the websites.

2. This website uses only necessary cookies needed for the proper functioning of the website and communication with users via the contact options contained on the website.
